Chess Pie

Chess Pie

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp cornmeal
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350'F for 1 hour.
