Fudge Pie
Fudge Pie
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
Melt butter, sugar and cocoa and flour together. Let cool. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Pour into pie crust and bake at 325'F for 35min.
Delicious served warm with vanilla bean ice cream!
